The Creston Kenilworth neighborhood is located about a mile east of the Willamette River, in inner southeast Portland adjacent to what is referred to as the the Brooklyn Yard. This is one of the oldest areas of Portland and is in a state of constant evolution. The neighborhood is primarily residential with some streetcar era commercial buildings holding strong and functional.
