Portland Blog: This Week in Portland June 1 - June 8 2013

Welcome to another edition of our all-local Portland blog! Welcome to JUNE! The month of summer...ahhh, yes. This weekend promises to be beautiful and our plans are simple: do nothing. I may find that translating into puttering around the yard or walking over to New Seasons for some quick and easy grill fixin's and some good, local beer-- maybe even picking up a few veggies to plant in some of the whiskey barrels that line the driveway but I can't imagine anything more or anything better than that. It's that time of year to just sit back, relax and enjoy the season.

Where you can find me-- good book in one hand, a nice Oregon Pinot in the other
