You can easily drop people off or pick someone up at the Portland Airport: " The pickup area for taxis, town cars, long-haul shuttles, hotel vans and parking lot shuttle buses is located in the center section of the airport terminal's lower roadway on the baggage claim and departure level. Airporter shuttles, off-airport rental car shuttles and reserved vehicles are found in the section of the lower roadway closest to the garage. Most transportation providers serve downtown Portland, which is approximately 20-40 minutes from Portland International Airport." TriMet Airport MAX is Portland's mass transit system famous for environmentally friendly and convenient transportation via the MAX light rail, buses, and the Portland Street Car. TriMet MAX Red Line Train will get you to and from the Portland Oregon airport. "TriMet's MAX Red Line is a great way to get to and from Portland International Airport (PDX). The trip between the airport and downtown takes about 38 minutes and requires an All-Zone fare. Trains run about every 15 minutes most of the day, and you can easily roll your luggage on board."
