The Multnomah County Portland Oregon Library system offers free library cards to residents of Multnomah Country (and some other surrounding areas), which gives the cardholder the ability to check out books, videos, CDs and DVDs, audio tapes, magazine and software. All locations offer convenient 24 hour book drops for returns. The library offers much more to it's members.
