Portland Wedding Parks: Portland weddings don't have to cost a fortune if you reserve a Portland park as your wedding site. You can typically reserve a park site for less than $100-200. Portland is full of gorgeous natural beauty, and during the summer months, you are almost guaranteed perfect weather for your outdoor wedding. If you don't mind a more casual venue, a Portland park wedding might be a great choice for you. Depending on which park you choose, you can enjoy scenery ranging from stunning mountain view backdrops, to rolling green fields, to hundreds of glorious roses in bloom. Listed below are the most popular Portland Parks with reservable wedding sites. Choosing one of the more popular Portland wedding sites such as the Portland Rose Garden at Washington Park, might take some planning ahead to schedule, but less well-known Portland parks with wedding sites may be available with less notice, and they may also be less crowded. Our community centers offer a range of rental opportunities for meetings, receptions, parties, and other social gatherings. Or throw a party at one of our indoor or outdoor pools! Some sites offer party packages to make it even easier. Staff at each site will help you determine what will work best for your event." (From: http://www.portlandonline.com/parks/ )
